Return and Shipping policy for Naurah USA

We hope you love what you ordered but in case you are not 100 percent satisfied here are some facts to make the process easy.

1. Made to order items can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Any issue regarding fit/ size or more can be addressed to Naurahusabusiness@gmail.com. We will do our best to bring the piece to your liking. Please note that these items can not be returned for a refund.

2.  Items must be unworn, undamaged and have the original packaging or labels.

3. Shipping fee is on the customer.

4. Sale items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

5. Once an item is received in its original condition, you will be contacted by customer care with next steps.

6. All items are shipped within one to two weeks from date of purchase. Made to order items with intricate detailing may take up to 3 weeks due to nature of work required to complete the design. Please contact us via email for rush orders.
